If you've requested a Cash-out within the last 7 weeks and wish to change the PayPal account the funds will be delivered to, please submit a Support Ticket Request with the following information:
- Your Artist username
- The email associated with the PayPal account used to make the initial request
- The email associated with the PayPal account you wish to use instead
A Support Specialist will then verify your account to process this request.
- Please note that your PayPal information does not get stored for future Cash-out Requests and that you will always need to fill the fields with the PayPal you want the funds to be added to. If you're simply switching PayPal accounts, simply fill the fields with the new one to request a Cash-out to your new PayPal account.
