What is the Artist Meet & Greet refund/return policy?
Rescheduling: Artists may reschedule due to their availability. In this case, our team will reach out through email with a new time/date, once determined. Please allow up to a week for rescheduling to be completed.
Fan No-Show: Our team will wait a couple of minutes for you before proceeding to the next Meet & Greet. Scheduling is limited, please make sure to be on time. If you cannot make the designated time/date, submit a Support request to reschedule, limited to one time. Rescheduling is dependent on artist availability.
Technical difficulties: If the artist experiences technical issues, we'll contact you to reschedule, up to one time, or we may need to offer a refund.

- Constant drops where artist/fan is booted from the call
- No audio input or output
- Technical difficulties that do not warrant a reschedule or refund
- Drops in bitrate or video quality
- Audio/Video out of sync
- Artist or fan interruptions
