Your ticket purchase is linked to your individual Sessions Live account.
Check to make sure your purchased ticket is displayed in the "My Tickets" section. You can find this section by clicking "My Tickets" in the header of the website or by going to https://sessionslive.com/tickets. In the app, clicking the purple "My Tickets" button below the main banner on the app will take you to your Tickets section as well.
Your ticket will turn a bright yellow color and become selectable to enter the show when it's showtime, meaning the ticket will not become active until the time displayed on the ticket matches your current time. Showtimes are displayed in your local time on the ticket itself. As long as you see the ticket in your account, you are good to watch the show!
If you are on an artist's page and see the "Enter Session" button but are presented with the following message, don't worry! This message means you have a ticket and are all set to watch the show, it's just not time to watch yet. Check back again when it's the time displayed above the button.
Also, Check your Email! You’ll get a reminder email notification an hour before the show starts that will provide a direct link to watch the show. Please make sure you are logged in to the correct Sessions account for access.
